Buffet Breakfast to help yourself

Fruit juices, wide selection of cereals, low fat fruit/plain yogurts, seasonal fresh fruit, prunes, grapefruit, mandarin, pastries, brioche, pain au chocolat

Full English Breakfast All freshly prepared

Free range eggs cooked to your liking, fried, scrambled, poached. Grilled bacon, sausage, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, beans, fried bread, hash brown, black pudding. Vegetarian sausages are available. Omelette, Boiled egg served with soldiers.

Smoked salmon served with scrambled egg.

Toast ranging from white, granary, seeded, to wholemeal, or a toasted scotch pancake, toasted bagel or a hot croissant.

All served with Steve’s homemade marmalade & jams.

Free Trade Tea, Coffee, decaf & fruit teas available.

Homemade chicken pie, new potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Fresh fruit salad or choice from the blackboard


Sunday

Soup of the day or melon trio or fruit juice.

Roast of the day, roast and boiled potatoes & seasonal vegetables.




Monday

Soup of the day or garlic mushrooms or fruit juice.

Chicken wrapped in bacon, sauté potatoes or boiled potatoes & seasonal vegetables or salad.

Sticky toffee pudding with custard, cream, ice cream or choice from the blackboard.


Tuesday

Soup of the day, salmon pate or fruit juice.

Roast pork loin, creamy mash & seasonal vegetables.

Homemade trifle or a choice from the blackboard.



Wednesday

Soup of the day or crispy mushrooms or fruit juice.

Homemade steak pie, duchess potatoes & seasonal vegetables.

Gateaux or choice from the blackboard.



Thursday

Soup of the day, pate or fruit juice.
